As a Frontend Tech Lead, youll set the technical direction for our frontend infra, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance. Youll design scalable solutions, improve developer workflows, and guide teams through complex architectural decisions. The role blends hands-on coding with mentorship and leadership. We are seeking a Senior Frontend Team Lead to guide the team building the central nervous system of REM.
Your team is responsible for a suite of critical web applications that drive the entire map lifecycle - from the operation of map production at scale to the delivery of data to customers.
These platforms serve a diverse ecosystem, including Developers, Analysts, and QA validating map quality, AI teams creating Ground Truth (GT), and Operations executing massive-scale map production.Utilizing Vue.js, WebGL, and Python FastAPI, you will lead the evolution of these complex, data-heavy applications, ensuring they meet the needs of internal R&D, operational production, and external customers alike.
What your job will look like:
Lead a team of senior frontend engineers: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of experienced developers. You will focus on high-level guidance, architectural alignment, and professional growth.
Manage the lifecycle of multiple critical platforms, including the Map Editor, Ground Truth (GT) tools for AI, and the operational dashboards used for map production and customer delivery.
Work closely with diverse stakeholders (Developers, Data Analysts, QA, and Operations teams) to translate complex business needs into a clear technical roadmap.
Drive Engineering Excellence: Set high standards for code quality, performance, and scalability. You will be responsible for the production stability of tools that drive the daily operation of map creation.
Balance management responsibilities with hands-on technical work, including code reviews, architectural design, and contributing to the core Vue.js/WebGL/Python codebase.

* Partner with product teams to ensure smooth integration with core infrastructure, guiding them on best practices for rendering, routing, bundling, and performance.
* Drive cross-company initiatives that improve developer experience, reduce bundle size, and optimize runtime performance on both client and server.
* Establish clear documentation, standards, and guidelines that help teams adopt and implement shared tooling and rendering strategies consistently.
* Improve monitoring, observability, and debugging tools for our SSR/CSR platform to ensure reliability at scale.
* Participate in on-call rotations, supporting the stability and health of the frontend platform.

our companys data group is in the middle of an exciting technological transformation. This transformation includes moving from an old school BI tool to a modern platform, remodeling our semantic layer, introducing conversational AI analytics and much more.
As our BI Frontend Tech Lead, you will be right in the middle of this transformation, as the owner of our new technologies and tools. You will define methodologies and best practices and enforce them. You will take part in the design, build and go-to-market of our new data models and applications. Were looking for a Frontend Infrastructure Tech Lead to join our Tel Aviv office. In this role, you will architect, build, and lead the core frontend platforms, design systems, and developer experience tooling that power all product squads.
Youll own the technical vision for the frontend architecture and enable teams to ship faster, more reliably, and with a consistent, high-quality user experience. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on frameworks, shared libraries, UI platforms, testing standards, and scalable frontend infrastructure.
