We are looking for a.NET team lead Developer to join our team in Kfar Saba.
This is a full time, on site position focused on leading the development of scalable server side systems while remaining hands on in architecture and development.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support a team of software developers
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Full Stack applications using.NET and C #
Drive best practices for code quality, architecture, performance, and maintainability
Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and other cross functional teams
Oversee the delivery lifecycle from design through deployment and production support
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including design and ongoing maintenance
Requirements: Requirements
3+ years of experience in a team lead role
Strong hands on experience with.NET and C # development
Experience building and maintaining Full Stack systems
Strong experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
Proven ability to lead projects and work effectively in a fast paced environment
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, an advantage
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud environments and deployment infrastructure
Experience working in agile development environments
Background in designing scalable, high availability systems
