You will lead two disciplines through team leaders and senior contributors: data Scientists, focused on advanced analytics, ML, and GenAI Full-Stack software engineers responsible for rapidly turning ideas and models into usable, customer-facing lab applications This role sits at the intersection of AI leadership, hands-on technical guidance, and product innovation, and is designed for a leader who can bridge research and engineering disciplines rather than replace strong specialists. What Youll Do: Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of approximately 10 high-performing professionals, including team leaders, data scientists, and software engineers. Coach managers and senior contributors to foster a strong leadership environment, driving continuous development and career advancement within the team. Strategic Planning and Goal Setting: Establish clear operational goals and key performance indicators across teams, promoting alignment and accountability. Design and implement a strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and product direction, ensuring a proactive stance on emerging industry trends. Innovation and Product Development: Identify and evaluate emerging opportunities in predictive analytics, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, ensuring a balance between rapid experimentation and adding substantial customer value. Collaborate closely with product managers and core engineering teams to successfully transition high-potential lab initiatives into production when appropriate. Technical Oversight and Quality Assurance Provide decisive hands-on technical leadership, shaping strategies for solution development, guiding modeling decisions, and overseeing the design of system -level architectures. Establish industry best practices for AI/ML development, focusing on model evaluation, safety, and performance. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and integration of lab initiatives with business objectives. Maintain an active dialogue with customers and industry trends to translate insights into actionable lab projects. Contribute to demos, talks, blogs, or conference presentations

Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data scientists both methodologically and technically to deliver high-impact projects aligned with our business objectives.
Design, implement, and optimize classic machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
Apply gradient boosting techniques (e.g., XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost) to enhance predictive accuracy and model robustness.
Drive the exploration and integration of Generative AI applications, including Large Language Models (LLMs) to create innovative solutions for our products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to translate business requirements into actionable data science projects.
Establish best practices for model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
Promote a data-driven culture, encouraging experimentation, sharing of knowledge, and adoption of state-of-the-art technologies.
Communicate project progress, insights, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Required Data Scientist Team Manager
A day-to-day role as a Team Manager includes:
Managing a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, data scientists, and data analysts.
Leading the development of advanced and creative solutions for complex technical challenges in areas like big data and machine learning.
Collaborating closely with data extraction, platform, and product teams.
Communicating with business stakeholders and gathering feedback from customers.
Hiring new team members and developing the groups structure.
Playing a crucial role in shaping product strategy within a startup-like environment.
Day-to-day, the team you will lead will:
Develop statistical and machine learning algorithms on large-scale data to estimate metrics, create features, and deliver insights.
Own end-to-end data processes and pipelines, from research and proof of concept to production.
Collaborate with product and R&D teams to plan and deliver best-in-class digital insights.
Design, validate, and monitor ongoing processes to ensure quality and reliability.
Identify, analyze, and monitor new raw data sources as needed.
