We are looking for a Product Manager to own and develop the companys internal products, primarily systems and tools used by company employees.
The role focuses on understanding user needs, defining clear product requirements, and working closely with development and automation teams to deliver effective, scalable solutions.
What You Will Do
Own internal products end to end, from concept through implementation and continuous improvement
Collect, analyze, and prioritize requirements from internal users and stakeholders
Translate user needs into clear product specifications, user flows, and feature definitions
Work closely with developers and automation engineers throughout execution
Serve as the main point of contact between users, Operations, and Development
Continuously improve product performance, usability, and efficiency
Requirements: Experience in product management
Strong ability to understand user needs and translate them into product requirements
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Independence, responsibility, and leadership skills
Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with evolving processes
Fluent English
