We are looking for a highly hands-on VP Growth Operations to join our Vehicle vertical and lead the operational growth engine of the business. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional leadership while serving as the GMs right hand in driving efficiency, scale, and commercial impact.
- Identify the largest revenue and efficiency gaps and lead high-impact initiatives to deliver quantifiable improvements to the bottom line in rapid sprints
- Eliminate manual labor and process friction, building scalable operational frameworks (systems, tools, data workflows) to accelerate Sales velocity
- Manage Go-To-Market (GTM) execution for new products, pricing initiatives, and commercial services- from planning to rollout
- Oversee marketplace health: identify gaps, friction points, and revenue leakage, and translate insights into actionable solutions
Requirements: - 5+ years of professional experience combining strategic consulting/large corporation background with significant operational leadership within a high-growth Tech/Startup environment
- Proven track record in a revenue-driven setting, specifically leading operational initiatives that directly impacted the commercial results, scaling, and efficiency of the business
- Background in the automotive or mobility ecosystem is a an advantage
- Proven experience collaborating with and engaging PDT teams as the operative link between Sales and Tech, ensuring process alignment to drive commercial outcomes and revenue generation
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and high operational standards
