We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Designer to take ownership of product design in a fast-paced technology startup.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for an independent and practical designer who combines strong UX thinking, excellent UI execution, customer orientation, and fast delivery.
Own the product design process from discovery to production. - Work proactively with customers to understand needs, conduct discovery, and validate solutions. - Translate complex product and technical requirements into clear user flows, prototypes, and polished UI. - Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering. - Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions within short timelines. - Review implementation and help maintain consistency across the product. - Use AI and new design
Requirements: 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
Previous experience as a **Solo, First, Founding, or sole in-house Product Designer** in a startup.
Strong experience designing **B2B SaaS products**.
Experience designing for **technical users,** such as developers, cybersecurity, DevOps, cloud, infrastructure, IT, or data teams.
Strong ** UX, UI,** and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work independently and deliver consistently in a fast-moving environment.
A portfolio demonstrating complex product challenges, clear ownership, and products that reached production.
Experience working directly with customers and leading discovery and validation conversations.
Excellent spoken and written **English.
Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
Proven experience using **AI tools** and quickly adopting new technologies and workflows.
