We are looking for a Product Manager.
As a Product Manager, you'll be a key driver of our mission, owning the roadmap and development for one of our core customer-facing applications. You'll work at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and technology to shape a product that helps B2B companies become truly social organizations. This role is a chance to make a direct impact on our customers' success, from initial concept to launch and beyond.
What you'll do:
Gather input from stakeholders and work closely with them to define requirements.
Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product functions and features.
Clearly communicate the status of projects on the product roadmap and in development.
Create user documentation in coordination with stakeholders.
Create and maintain competitive and strategic analysis matrix.
Oversee implementation and release workflow and deadlines.
Hold regular project reviews with Development and QA teams ensuring that the product meets business requirements.
Measure adoption, usage data, and business results from product launches.
Gather market feedback from sales, marketing and recruiting users and buyers via Win/Loss calls, interviews, and other feedback loops.
Participate in support calls or other client inquiries.

Collect in-field, cross-functional, and market analysis data and synthesize insights and stakeholders’ behavior and drivers Work with a cross-functional team to build a strategic business cross-functional plan based on strategic objectives and define KPIs Build a tactical plan including innovative tactics and omni-channel plan to meet strategic objectives Execute tactical plan according to KPIs, objectives, and timelines Prepare & execute a budget plan Build and manage a territory plan Develop marketing material for in-field use in collaboration with the partner and according to local regulatory requirements Working with the medical manager to analyze scientific data and present to stakeholders, Troubleshoot, and handle objections handling. Were hiring a Growth Team Lead to own and scale the products user acquisition and user flow from funnels to onboarding and activation efforts. Managing and building a team that will be responsible for execution, testing, analysis, and ongoing optimization.
What youll do:
Lead and scale growth initiatives across the full user funnel from acquisition, activation to retention with a hands-on, data-driven approach.
Own onboarding flows, landing pages, A/B tests and in-product experiences through structured A/B testing and experimentation
Manage media buying operations, explore new channels, and optimize campaigns toward ROAS goals.
Collaborate with product, data, design, and dev teams to launch new growth experiments.
Set and monitor KPIs, analyze user behavior and cohort data, and constantly iterate on roadmap.
Build processes and structure that will allow for rapid growth and scale.
Help recruit and onboard new team members as the team expands.

We are looking for a Product Manager.
Heres what youll be doing:

Product Strategy, New Product Development & Product Life-cycle Management
Support product development decisions for current and future products.
Generate business plans, market requirements documents, presentations and supporting materials to align all functional groups behind a common product vision.
Lead product roadmap and planning within the category
Drive claims development for products
Understand patient experience with product portfolio
Provide portfolio scenario planning and value assessment
Conduct market research to uncover customer and business insights; translate those insights into products and programs that deliver growth for the product category
Understanding and analyzing competitive landscape
Represent the category during medical conferences, sales meetings, and customer visits
Maintain strong clinical and product knowledge; support internal and external customer education programs and product training as required Basic Qualifications
Support clinical studies design and implementation, and work closely with clinical team
Travel approximately 1-2 trips per quarter.
