we are looking for a Head of Product, AI Therapy.
As a Head of Product - AI Therapy, you will own how AI and clinical expertise come together across the product to create a new kind of therapy experience. This role sits at the intersection of consumer product, AI technology, and clinical science - defining what intelligent relationship support looks like when it's grounded in real therapeutic data and validated by real clinicians.
You'll design the conversational AI that supports users between sessions - emotional processing, conversation preparation, reflections, personalized guidance. You'll build the intelligence layer that turns therapy session data into structured relationship context, so every interaction feels informed by the couple's actual journey. And you'll push into open space - new product surfaces, new modes of support, new ways to make therapists more effective - because the category is being created now and the playbook doesn't exist.
This is a hands-on role that requires balancing vision with execution, working closely with our clinical lead, AI engineers, and design team to ship products where every word matters - because people are vulnerable when they use them. In regular collaboration with founders and clinical leadership, you'll shape the AI therapy strategy and help define the future of continuous, tech-enabled relationship support.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with fellow co-founders to articulate and refine the company's vision, mission, and strategic direction.
Lead the formulation and execution of the company's product plan, encompassing market analysis, product development, and go-to-market strategy.
Determine and prioritize product features and enhancements through thorough market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
Champion a customer-centric ethos throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that our offerings consistently meet and exceed the needs of our target audience.
Spearhead the assembly and management of a top-tier team, overseeing recruitment, hiring, and ongoing employee development initiatives.
Foster strategic alliances and partnerships to fuel the company's expansion and elevate its market presence.

We're looking for a Director of Product Management to own financial-products portfolio end to end and to lead the new, standalone initiatives that leverage HB's financial products across the member base. You'll be the owner of HB's financial products and the market pulse on what's coming next that can help our members - new payment methods, new banking and capital capabilities, new ways money moves for service businesses.
This is a senior individual-leadership role. You'll lead through ownership, clarity, and influence.
What you'll own:
The portfolio - payments processing, Balance (banking), Capital (lending), instant payouts, territory expansion and new business opportunities
New standalone initiatives - identify, scope, and drive new bets that leverage HB's financial products for the member base, from idea through PMF.
The market pulse - track where payments, fintech, and embedded finance are moving; bring the developments that can help HB members before competitors do.
The vendor stack - Stripe, Plaid, Unit, QuickBooks. Contract negotiation, escalations, roadmap alignment and more
The economics - GPV, take-rate, unit economics, margins, fraud loss appetite, vendor cost. You own and defend the numbers.

Director of AI Product
About the role:
As the AI Product Director for the core components of our AI modeling framework, you will be responsible for defining and driving its product strategy, requirements, and roadmap, as well as lead a team of product managers. By leveraging our AI capabilities and vast data assets, you will spearhead the development of a product designed to empower internal users and external customers to address real-world challenges in drug discovery and development. Partnering tightly with R&D, you will ensure alignment between product strategy, scientific priorities and business objectives. You will advocate for your product both internally and externally, and ultimately be accountable for the value and impact your product delivers.
Location: Ramat Gan, Israel (Hybrid model)
What will you do?
Establish the long term vision and strategy to advance our AI-powered analytical platform to enable our mid and long-term goals
Responsible for defining the comprehensive roadmap and related PRDs for the analytical platform, focusing on optimizing analytical workflows, tackling predictive challenges, and enhancing model interpretability, as well as partner with business, R&D and ops to realize the roadmap
Evangelize the product, creating understanding and alignment across key stakeholders
Drive value creation for analytical platform users by enabling them to leverage our data assets effectively, both internally and in external collaborations
Ensure that our analytical platform development is effectively enabling and accelerating our product, business, and therapeutic goals
