In this temporary position, you will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their research needs, identify the most important questions to answer, and plan research accordingly. You will be expected to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver clear, actionable insights that help teams move forward with confidence.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with product teams to understand their goals, questions, and decision-making needs
Plan, prioritize, and execute user research based on product priorities, user impact, and business needs
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable recommendations
Create research deliverables that help product teams understand user needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities
Communicate findings clearly and effectively to product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders
Help teams translate research insights into product and design decisions
Manage multiple research requests and priorities in a fast-moving product environment
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience conducting and leading user experience research
Ability to work independently, manage research projects end to end, and drive work forward with limited guidance
Hands-on experience with common UX research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, concept testing, and surveys
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust across the organization
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to turn research data into actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
