A global leading company in the semiconductor industry is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join its quality team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Quality Assurance activities in advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
Maintain and improve quality processes including control plans risk assessments and ISO compliance
Analyze process data using statistical tools to drive performance improvements
Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions
Work closely with customers including audit support escalation handling and providing clear data driven responses
Collaborate with cross functional technical teams
Requirements: BSc in Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or high tech manufacturing
Strong knowledge of quality methodologies including FMEA control plans SPC and CPK
Experience leading root cause analysis processes such as 8D and 5 Whys
Experience working with quality systems and process control
Experience working directly with customers
Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
