We are looking for an HRBP to join our HR team and assist with developing and supporting our global teams.
Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships and act as HR's point of contact to support both associates and managers in different locations and time zones
Ongoing conversations with associates, documentation, and summary of meetings
Monitoring the action items and making sure they are being handled
Make recommendations, guide informed decision-making, and implement appropriate solutions
The role includes strengthening the associate's engagement with the organization. This includes thinking of ways to perform and engage with Scylla more efficiently
Responsible for monitoring and tracking performance processes and development programs in their region
Taking part in HR responsibilities together with the VP People and the HR team such as terminations, exit interviews, development programs, satisfaction survey, associates retention and other HR aspects.
Creating and improving different HR policies
Developing training materials and presenting them.
Assist with additional initiatives to improve engagement, connections, and retention
Reporting directly to the VP of People, the HRBP will collaborate with the HRBP, HR Manager and the rest of the HR team
Requirements: Has 1-3 years of experience in a similar position in a global startup environment
Has proven success in working with global teams in Europe, creating connectedness and retaining associates
Fluent in English - A must
Experienced in working and supporting managers remotely
Experience in developing training materials and delivering them to managers and associates
Enjoy working with people
Excellent at interpersonal communication
Collaborator and team player
Analytic capabilities and experience in writing reports
