We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our global HR team, and be responsible for the R&D department, delivering end-to-end HR solutions, collaborating with managers, and leading an insightful HR strategy, training, and consulting.
As an HR business partner, you will act as the single point of contact for the leaders in the organization, executing cross-organizational HR processes, leading initiatives, and playing a major role in the entire employees life cycle
This position is temporary for maternity leave until July 2024 with a real option to be accepted into the company if the conditions allow it
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ownership and Accountability - Manage all HR domains within the division, overseeing the full employee life cycle, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, career development, coaching, and change management.
Relationship Building and trusted advisor - Cultivate strong relationships with business leaders and act as a trusted advisor, fostering a working environment of openness, empowerment, and transparency. globally, providing HR partnerships across all organizational levels.
Consultation and Support - Offer consultation and support to managers on a wide range of human resources practices, organizational changes, and employee relations.
Talent Strategy and Programs - Design and execute talent strategy and HR programs for the division, collaborating with corporate functions. This includes areas such as retention, employee experience, succession, employee development
HR Process Management - Manage and implement HR processes within the division, including performance management, salary review and promotions, and employee engagement.
Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting a high-growth and tech organization in a Business Partner capacity.
Proven experience in a global R&D department.
Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Fluent or native English proficiency.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative and "out of the box" thinker.
Strong team player.
Willingness to short travel 2-3 times a year
