we are looking for an experienced People Partner to join our people team, and partner with our R&D and Product organizations at our HQ in TLV.
As a People Partner, you will work closely with leaders and managers across R&D and Product, acting as a trusted advisor on people, organizational, and leadership matters. You will help leaders build high-performing teams, navigate organizational changes, develop and retain talent, and create an environment where employees can do their best work.
This is a hands-on and impactful role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment and can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a People Partner / HRBP in a high-tech environment.
Proven experience partnering with R&D and Product organizations in a global, fast-paced company.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies and solutions.
Proven experience coaching and advising managers at different levels, including senior leaders, on leadership, performance, talent, and organizational matters.
Hands-on experience with core people processes, including performance management, talent planning, employee development, retention, compensation, and organizational change.
Strong knowledge of Israeli employment law and employee relations practices.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to use people data and insights to identify trends and support decision-making.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex situations.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
Fluent English - a must.
