Spanning approximately 10,000 sqm, Beyond will bring together premium private offices and enterprise suites, shared workspaces, meeting rooms and a major business events venue, all within a vibrant environment combining work, hospitality, lifestyle and wellbeing. our company As Community Manager - Beyond, youll have a unique opportunity to join us at the beginning and help build the community and member experience from the ground up. Youll be one of the key faces of our company Beyond - creating meaningful relationships with members, bringing energy and personality into the space, building an engaged community and making sure every member receives the exceptional hospitality experience we are known for. This isnt about maintaining an existing community. Its an opportunity to help create one from day one. What Youll Be Responsible For
* Help launch and build the company Beyond community from the ground up, creating the culture, connections and member experience of our newest location.
* Build strong, meaningful relationships with members and act as a trusted day-to-day point of contact.
* Create an exceptional member journey from onboarding onwards, ensuring new members feel welcomed, connected and at home from day one.
* Build and nurture an engaged community through networking, introductions, content, events and meaningful member interactions.
* Identify members needs proactively, resolve issues quickly and continuously look for ways to improve their experience.
* Plan and execute community initiatives, events and experiences that bring people together and strengthen engagement.
* Work closely with the Site Manager and local Operations team to ensure a seamless day-to-day experience across the location.
* Collaborate with Sales to support tours, new member onboarding, retention, renewals and opportunities to grow existing accounts.
* Develop strong relationships with key contacts within member companies, including larger enterprise clients.
* Gather member feedback and translate insights into improvements in service, community and overall experience.
* Help connect the company community with the wider Beyond ecosystem, identifying opportunities for partnerships, collaborations and relevant experiences.
* Be a visible ambassador for our company and help establish Beyond as a destination where people genuinely want to work, meet and connect.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong community in your location via professional networking efforts, cool events, and creative and engaging activities. You breath customer service and are dedicated to deliver a 5* experience. With excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting people, your job is to create an all-around amazing experience for our company members. As a Community Manager, you will basically be the heart and soul of our diverse community - caring, attuned to peoples needs and exceedingly proactive.
