This is a crucial role for our companys growth strategy. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business and ultimately turning leads into sales opportunities for our Application practice, mainly Salesforce selling opportunities. The SDR will adopt a holistic approach to the marketing and sales pipeline, requiring experience and comprehension of the entire lead lifecycle. The ideal candidate will effectively uncover business challenges and develop a compelling narrative to help drive sales. This is a high-volume calling position.
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities.
Qualify inbound leads and nurture them to the next stage in the sales process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach campaigns and events.
Schedule meetings between potential clients and sales representatives.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Learn and present an introductory pitch of our companys services as needed.
Doing inbound and outbound activities.
Requirements: Currently enrolled in a tech, information systems, business, marketing, or related program.
Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Interest in technology and cloud computing no prior experience required, but a plus!
Comfortable with cold calling and outreach.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, or CRM tools is an advantage.
