We're seeking motivated students to join our Tier 1 Technical Support team, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with industry-leading technologies while pursuing your studies. This position offers a clear path to our Developer Success team, providing exposure to various tools and top-notch technologies in the industry.
Provide immediate assistance and troubleshoot basic (yet interesting and challenging) technical issues
Requirements: Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next, Angular)
Familiarity with backend frameworks (Node, Python)
Understanding of RESTful APIs
Basic HTML knowledge
Ability to navigate Chrome DevTools (Console, Network, Application tabs)
Familiarity with the HTTP request & response cycle and some common status codes.
Preferred Skills (not required, but beneficial):
Experience with SDKs
Basic SQL and NoSQL knowledge
Exposure to SSO technologies (e.g., Okta, Azure AD)
Developed at least 1 project using both frontend and backend frameworks mentioned above that are publicly available for code review.
Active contribution to open-source projects.
