As the DevOps Team Leader, your integral responsibilities will include the design of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows, the creation of automated staging environments, and the development of local environments, all instrumental in facilitating the work of over 100 developers.

Furthermore, you will assume ownership and leadership of the entire infrastructure supporting these crucial aspects of the development process. Your design decisions will be informed by your vision, emphasizing efficiency, stability, and cost-effectiveness.

Collaboration is at the core of this role, requiring close cooperation with our R&D, Security, and Corporate IT teams. You will serve as a trusted technical architect, playing a pivotal role in shaping the methodologies employs to develop, test, and deliver its applications and solutions.

Manage and lead DevEx team
Evaluate, design, and implement new CI/CD, staging, and local development solutions
Design, build, and maintain all cloud infrastructure relevant to the DevEx team's responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Tel Aviv. This role is critical in supporting our companys short and long-term Cloud Infrastructure plans. Youll join a young team at the time when your contributions can make a strong impact on Axonius.

As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer , you will play an integral role in configuring, operating, and automating the management of all cloud infrastructure used by multiple stakeholders world-wide. You will collaborate with our R&D, Security, and Corporate IT teams to deliver safe, scalable, and high-performing solutions. Members of the Cloud Infrastructure team act as trusted technical architects, and play a key role in determining the future of how builds and delivers its cybersecurity asset management services.

Responsibilities include:

Evaluate new cloud infrastructure technologies
Design and document operating principles for use by other technology teams that interact with cloud infrastructure
Design, deploy, and operate cloud infrastructure and services for various internal (corporate) applications on behalf of other teams

Lead and manage the DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
Collaborate closely with software development, QA, and other departments to integrate DevOps practices into the entire software development lifecycle.
Oversee system monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting efforts to ensure optimal system reliability and performance.
Drive initiatives to enhance DevOps capabilities through tooling, automation, and best practices.
Act as the key point of contact for DevOps-related issues, both internally and externally, while mentoring junior team members.

As a Principal Engineer in the Platform Engineering group, you will be a senior technical leader responsible for driving the design, implementation, and maintenance of our R&D infrastructure and DevOps processes. Reporting directly to the Director of Platform Engineering, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and reliable delivery of services, maintain high availability of our systems, and drive continuous improvement in our platform engineering practices. Your responsibilities will include providing technical guidance, mentoring junior engineers, and steering the technical direction of our platform architecture.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of robust DevOps processes and practices to streamline development workflows and ensure high-quality software delivery, while also developing internal tools and systems to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.
Architect and manage cloud resources and infrastructure, optimizing for scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness, while serving as the group's technical authority.
Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the reliability and availability of our services.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the Platform Engineering group.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on our platform engineering practices and infrastructure, and integrating relevant tools .
