We are looking for talented candidates to join our innovative team as a User Acquisition Manager and play a key role in expanding our customer base and enhancing our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement advanced user acquisition strategies to drive growth to our business.
Manage hands on digital advertising performance campaigns across various platforms to reach target audiences effectively.
Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
Utilize Excel, Looker Studio and our internal BI systems to extract and analyze data, gaining valuable insights for campaign optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative studio, content, and analytics, to define the creative direction for campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in a user acquisition position (Media Buyer / Performance Analyst etc.) in a performance-based company in at least one of the following platforms: Meta ( facebook & instagram ), TikTok, Native (Taboola& Outbrain) etc.
Experience with managing campaigns for the US market.
Experience in B2C Lead generation performance campaigns with a spend of multi million dollar yearly through targets and KPIs and with positive ROI.
Strong analytical skills, a data -driven mindset and motivation to achieve performance goals.
