The perfect candidate will be someone who is data -driven, analytical, creative, curious, and
driven to succeed and is up for the task of building this activity from the ground up. Someone
who has deep knowledge of paid acquisition operations and media buying (and specifically
RSoC as well). A team player with positive energy who is looking for his next challenge and is
not deterred by going from 0 to 1 and has a hands-on approach to his work.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
? Establish and manage a new paid acquisition for search activity, including creative
building, media buying, and managing ROI for this activity end-to-end.
? Other paid acquisition activities as they may arise.

? Paid acquisition experience of +3 years
? RSoC experience +1 year
? Strong operational abilities and a hands-on approach.
? Great analytical abilities.
? Strong business acumen, proactive approach, and innovative thinking.
? Self-driven.
Direct manager: Company CEO
Full-time hybrid role (Mondays Wednesdays from our Jerusalem office). Open to 1 day a
week from Jerusalem for out-of-town employees.
