we are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in affiliate, partnerships, or performance/channel marketing, ideally in SaaS, with a proven track record of scaling programs and moving real numbers
Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms like PartnerStack, Rewardful, and impact.com, including tracking, attribution, and payouts
A bias toward partner activation, with real experience getting partners live and converting, not just signed
Strong understanding of performance marketing and how affiliate and channel decisions map to pipeline and revenue
A builder mindset and strong stakeholder management, comfortable creating programs from nothing and aligning internal teams, external partners, and platform reps around one plan
Sharp commercial sense to spot the highest-value opportunity among competing options and make the call, plus full English proficiency
