We are seeking a highly creative, proactive, and strategic Social Media Manager to amplify our presence and actively recruit partners for our innovative FX360 platform. This full-time, in-office role will focus on building and managing a dynamic online presence, creating engaging content, and using social media as a strategic tool for lead generation and partner recruitment across Europe. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying market trends, crafting relevant and impactful campaigns, and driving inbound engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Social Media Management:
Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies to grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
Align social media campaigns with broader marketing, PR, and sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Partner Recruitment:
Drive the recruitment of 100 active partners in 2025 by creating interest and awareness through targeted campaigns.
Actively join and engage in relevant online groups, forums, and communities to promote our partnership program.
Build a sense of community among our partners through engaging posts, discussions, and targeted messaging.
Content Creation:
Use AI tools to create compelling visuals, copy, and videos tailored to each platform and audience.
Develop campaigns showcasing our growth blueprint and emphasizing partnership benefits.
Market and Industry Insights:
Continuously monitor FX news and updates in key markets (EU, GBP, ILS, US) for relevant data and trends.
Use AI-driven tools to generate content from market news to demonstrate how our solutions address real-world challenges and opportunities.
Publish organic posts highlighting market volatility, potential risks, and opportunities, tying them back to our solutions (e.g., FX360).
Community and Communication Management:
Actively engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
Monitor and analyze social media activity to refine engagement strategies and optimize lead generation.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and report on KPIs, including traffic, leads, engagement rates, and partner conversions.
Provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes using AI analytics tools.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven ability to grow accounts and generate leads.
Strong expertise in content creation (visuals, copywriting, video editing) using AI tools.
Experience with organic and paid social media campaigns, including lead generation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
Familiarity with AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, Jasper, MidJourney, DALL-E, Hootsuite Insights).
Knowledge of B2B partnerships or fintech is a plus.
Ability to analyze market data and create relevant, impactful content from news and trends using AI-driven platforms.
Fluent in English with exceptional writing and editing skills.
