As a Senior Automation Developer, you will design and develop the automation infrastructure and testing environment for a wide range of our company devices and energy management systems. You will build robust, scalable TEST frameworks that validate complex HW/SW and firmwaredriven products. In this role, youll work closely with firmware developers and multidisciplinary engineering teams, driving quality, reliability, and efficiency across cuttingedge renewable energy and powermanagement solutions. You will take ownership of lab automation, integrate advanced measurement tools, and ensure seamless execution of automated tests as part of the CI/CD pipeline-ultimately contributing to the validation of our company's nextgeneration technologies.

Requirements: 5+ years of handson Python development focused on automated testing, validation, or QA frameworks. Strong experience in HW/SW product testing environments, preferably involving Embedded firmware Practical experience working in lab environments, including operation of instruments such as:
* Oscilloscopes
* Spectrum analyzers
* Power supplies
* Additional measurement and debugging tools Proficiency with HW/SW communication interfaces, such as:
* CAN bus
* UART / Serial
* Ethernet
* (Bonus: SPI, I² C, Modbus, or similar) Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, including integration of automated tests into development workflows. Additional Preferred Skills (optional to include)
* Familiarity with TEST frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Robot Framework).
* Experience automating hardware setups or lab workflows.
* Understanding of Embedded systems, microcontrollers, or realtime environments.
