We are a rapidly growing SaaS cybersecurity company developing complex solutions for enterprises.Were seeking a Technical Writer to join our team in Israel in a full-time capacity.This is not a traditional technical writing role - it sits at the intersection of Technical Writing and Product Content, blending precision and clarity with storytelling and strategic context.You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to create high-quality, accurate, and engaging content that helps customers understand both how to use our platform and why it matters.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain accurate, user-friendly product documentation, including Knowledge Base articles, API docs, release notes, and guides.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content that helps customers understand both how and why to use the product.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to align documentation and messaging across all touchpoints.
Expand and manage the Knowledge Base as a strategic, living resource-ensuring consistency, taxonomy, and continuous improvement.
Develop documentation that improves team alignment and efficiency.
Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to continuously refine content quality and clarity.
Help define and maintain our tone of voice and product language standards.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a SaaS product company.
Background in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS applications an advantage.
Proven ability to work closely with developers and technical teams to gather and document complex technical information.
Hands-on experience in creating product documentation, API documentation, and knowledge base articles.
Strong ability to translate highly technical content into clear and structured documentation suitable for different audiences.
Mother-tongue level English proficiency essential.
Ability to manage tasks independently.
