Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of our business, clients, users, and their needs.
Translate product requirements and concepts into wireframes, designs, and micro-copy, ensuring a focus on exceptional user experience.
Identify usability and design problems, providing creative, smart, and simple solutions for complex systems.
Lead the design of new features from concept to release, including creating product specs, process flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Design marketing collateral and assets to engage potential clients and employees.

As our new Senior Product Designer at our company, you will be instrumental in solving complex problems for our global users, setting the standards for UI components, interaction patterns, and product and visual design. You should have deep empathy for users and a strong commitment to user-centered design principles.
You will take ownership end to end, from research through prototyping to design and usability testing, and partnering with product managers, engineers, and content strategists to oversee people's experience with the product from conception to launch.
