What you'll do:
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes for our financial data platform.
Develop and optimize data infrastructure to support real-time analytics and reporting.
Implement data governance, security, and privacy controls to ensure data quality and compliance.
Create and maintain documentation for data platforms and processes
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deliver actionable insights to our customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve data infrastructure issues efficiently
Monitor system performance and implement optimizations
Stay current with emerging technologies and implement innovative solutions

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Join Finaloops core activities, contributing to impactful data development and insights retrieval projects.
Collaborate closely with domain experts and developers to enhance data-driven features.
Own and manage data features throughout their lifecycle, including design, implementation, monitoring, and iteration.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and the company, promoting a data-driven approach.

We are looking for an experienced data analyst and Tableau developer to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing data and business processes, enhancing our semantic layer, develop interactive Tableau dashboards and contribute to our business's success and growth. You will work with cross-functional teams, IT and business functions, and engineers.
To do well in this role, you need to be business-oriented and technical, with an excellent eye for detail, have experience as a Tableau developer and Business Intelligence expert, with a passion for visual storytelling. you will:
Manage, design, and develop Tableau dashboards, including data sources, security, privacy, and metadata
Own and maintain the Tableau environment including server monitoring, troubleshooting dashboard performance, and upgrades

We are looking for a talented, data driven and highly motivated BI Developer to join our amazing BI team, as part of Strategic Services department.
As a BI Developer you will work closely with strategic clients to design and build customized BI reports, allowing them to upgrade their ability to analyze data and make strategic, data-informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
Function as a core member of the BI team in the Strategic Services department.
Design and Build customized BI reports for our clients based on their needs, providing them insights
Design and develop data visualizations
Provide ongoing support for existing BI reports

We are looking for a Escalation Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a focal point and source of knowledge for departments in the company and for our clients. Share the knowledge, by being a point of advice for the CS department and other internal teams, and work on keeping our KB up to date, including creating new articles.
Manage major and critical production outages - Take ownership, troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve technical issues, and prepare internal and external RCAs.
Work closely with business and engineering teams to ensure efficient issue resolution, maneuvering towards the most suitable solutions, and minimizing further escalations as much as possible.
Analyze production traffic and locate design gaps - deep-dive analysis of the transaction processing by our clients with our partners, identification of design gap (what is missing and what needs to be done), and analysis of top-tier client processing approval ratio.
Participate in the features development life cycle - starting from the design to the implementation method, and the handover to the relevant teams.
Maintain production quality - work closely with the engineering team to coordinate maintenance in production, provide risk analysis, and constantly enhance production quality.
