We are looking for an experienced Delphi Developer to join our development team and play a key role in the continued development of our core product, while also taking part in a gradual transition from legacy technologies to modern ones.

What Youll Do
Hands-on development of a mature and complex software product based on Delphi.
Join a small and experienced development team of 3 developers, including the Development Manager.
Continue developing and maintaining a significant Delphi-based project within the existing system.
Take part in modernization and migration projects, transitioning the product from legacy technologies to modern technologies.
Use AI development tools as part of the development and migration process, primarily Claude Code.
Work with modern Back-End and Front-End technologies as part of the products ongoing technological evolution.
Requirements: Must Have
At least 3 years of hands-on Delphi development experience.
Experience developing and maintaining complex software systems.
Ability to understand, navigate, and work with existing codebases.
Strong hands-on approach and a genuine passion for software development.
Strong Advantage
Experience with .NET / .NET Core.
Experience with React, Angular, or other modern Front-End technologies.
Experience with SQL.
Experience using AI-powered development tools, particularly Claude Code.
Experience with migration, modernization, or transformation of legacy systems.
