We are hiring an Automation Engineer Student Position to contribute to test automation and software quality. This entry-level role focuses on developing automated tests, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines, and working with modern testing frameworks.The position involves hands-on experience in automation development, collaboration with engineers, and exposure to real-world software testing processes. It offers an opportunity to build technical skills while working with cutting-edge tools in a dynamic tech environment.
What Youll Do:
Develop and maintain automated tests for functional, regression, and API testing.
Assist in building and improving test automation frameworks.
Work with developers to enhance testability and ensure code quality.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Investigate test failures, analyze root causes, and support resolution efforts.
Learn and apply software testing best practices in an Agile environment.
Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (up to one year remaining).
Familiarity with the syntax of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript (from coursework, self-learning, or projects).
Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and work independently.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Effective team collaboration and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have (Not Required, but a Plus!):
Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, WebdriverIO, Cypress) from coursework or personal projects.
Understanding of basic testing methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or CI/CD pipelines.
