What will you job look like:
Entry Level in IT support for companys computer systems.
First response to user requests computer issues, access permissions, etc.
Ongoing hardware troubleshooting support.
Support for laptops, desktop computers, printers, network, and peripheral equipment.
Escalating issues to higher support levels while maintaining monitoring and follow-up.
Requirements: At least one year of proven experience.
Knowledge and experience with desktop and laptop hardware.
Knowledge and experience in software installation.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
Basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP .
Knowledge and experience with Office/Outlook.
Knowledge and experience in installing and configuring operating systems (WINDOWS).
Knowledge and experience with mobile devices/tablets an advantage
