Whats the Job? Were looking for a passionate and experienced QA Principle to lead all quality aspects of our R&D processes within a mid-sized, fast-growing global company. Youll define and execute our quality strategy, set quality OKRs, and mentor a team of automation engineers to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user satisfaction. This role reports directly to the VP of R&D and plays a key part in shaping the companys engineering and delivery excellence. Our platform is built on salesforce, supporting complex business use cases- making quality leadership a key factor in our scalability and success. What Youll Do
* Define and lead the quality vision across R&D, embedding best practices into development processes.
* Establish and track quality OKRs and KPIs to drive accountability and measurable improvement.
* Evaluate and implement innovative tools (including AI-driven ones) to enhance product quality and TEST coverage.
* Lead, mentor, and grow a team of automation engineers, fostering technical excellence and ownership.
* Collaborate with Product, R&D, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is Embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.
* Provide insights and reports to R&D leadership to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:
As our HRBP, youll be the strategic partner to leaders in our Tel Aviv office and a key player in the global People team. Youll drive initiatives across the employee lifecycle and serve as a trusted advisor to team leads and employees alike.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ideation and execution of innovative cross company projects to support employees growth, our culture and leader development.
Partnering with Managers: Provide strategic guidance and support to team leaders on team development, culture, growth and performance conversations.
Talent & Development: Support onboarding, growth frameworks, learning initiatives, performance reviews and career pathing tailored to our culture and environment.
Data & Insights: Analyze people data and feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our global People team (Recruiting, Ops) to align processes and share best practices.

Proactively identify growth and optimization opportunities that Management, and Marketing teams would be able to act upon fast.
Lead projects such as price optimization, marketing qualified leads prediction, activation analysis, go to market strategy and deriving insights from our current customer base.
Define input metrics and output metrics to measure the progress of our business performance and operations.
Build innovative data products from the ground up.
