You'll provide actionable insights focused on our pricing page and core user journeys to directly impact business success. In this critical role, you'll work closely with product teams to test hypotheses, validate strategies, and ensure our product keeps growing in a competitive market.
Wake Up For This Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize core funnels, pricing, and CTAs. Conduct deep-dive analysis of the user journey to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization. Develop and manage key metrics to measure business performance and product health. Partner with product squads and strategic stakeholders to define and prioritize growth initiatives. Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Build and maintain dynamic dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Serve as an analytical expert on user behavior, monetization, and conversion strategy.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience as a product analyst, with a strong focus on growth and experimentation. Proven, hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests in a data-driven environment. A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative to drive business impact. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic business decisions. Advanced SQL skills and a deep understanding of data analysis techniques. Experience defining and validating event-tracking specifications (event specs) for product analytics. Solid foundation in statistics and its practical application in A/B testing. Excellent English communication skills , both written and verbal. B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics , or a related field.
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) - an advantage.
