Key Responsibilities:
* Track and monitor account volume trends and performance metrics
* Use data -driven insights to anticipate and prevent potential churn.
* Assist support and onboarding teams in the post-go-live phase to ensure a smooth transition for low-touch accounts.
* Monitor early-stage account activity to ensure customers quickly realize value.
* Analyze data to understand natural growth trends and identify patterns that indicate customer readiness for expansion or upsell opportunities.
* Act as the escalation point when support needs more in-depth account analysis.
* Conduct ad-hoc portal training to help customers fully utilize the products capabilities.
* Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders on customer health, churn risks, and growth potential.

DRS RADA, a leading defence high-tech company specializing in radar systems development, is seeking a motivated and skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our R&D department. Responsibilities:
* Provide operational support for all R&D projects, assisting in the execution of work plans.
* Track annual work plans, ensuring alignment with objectives, monitoring progress against plans, managing resources, and identifying risks.
* Work extensively with the company’s project management systems to maintain project control.
* Work extensively with the factory for resources coordination and major breakdown
* Oversee project timelines and proactively manage risks to ensure project milestones are met.
* Assist development teams with procurement and logistics processes.
* Collaborate closely with R&D team leaders, project managers, system engineers, procurement teams, and production staff.
* Active involvement in the project’s life cycles(KOM, DR’s, installation, integration, validation)
*  Align/focus the project team towards the main goals
* Responsibility for coordination and managing subcontractor activities mainly time-lines, compliance, terms and financial.
