Were seeking a resourceful Legal Intelligence Analyst to help scale and streamline our Labor Law Legal Intelligence team. In this critical role, youll drive case production, vetting, and writing while building processes and systems that support growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on data analysis, WEBINT, and OSINT experience, and deep knowledge of U.S. law. If you can cultivate sources, verify leads, quickly sift large volumes of online information, and have exceptional English writing skills, wed love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Execute targeted investigations using WEBINT & OSINT
Rapidly parse high-volume information and produce high-quality reports that explain the case narrative and issues, articulate legal theories, map elements to facts, and cite controlling authority (statutes, regulations, and case law)
Develop data-driven underwriting assessments grounded in the available evidence
Use data, AI, and innovative thinking to uncover large-scale legal violations.
Conduct legal research to support investigations as needed.
Develop creative methodologies for analyzing and interpreting unstructured data.
Collaborate with the team to maintain high production quality and identify emerging legal phenomena.
Assess and verify the reliability of diverse sources (legal and otherwise).
Requirements: Legal education (LLB required; advanced degrees are an advantage)
Fluent in English ( spoken & written)
1+ years experience working directly with R&D and technical teams on data analysis concepts and tools.
Background in web intelligence, including conducting investigations with WEBINT/OSINT
Ability to work independently, demonstrate resourcefulness, and contribute to a team.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to grasp and apply technical and legal concepts.
Creative mindset with a knack for identifying insights and breakthroughs where others may not.
Ability to spot patterns, inconsistencies, or potential legal violations in complex data.
