We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to join Product group and help us shape the future of Cybersecurity for nations.
This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of cybersecurity, AI, and product strategy. You will be responsible for defining our cyber artificial agents and applications, leading early-stage discovery, and shaping prototypes into clear product opportunities that can be delivered by the company.
As a PM, you will translate governmental customer problems, threat research, and industry insights into actionable roadmaps that guide platform toward solving the most pressing security challenges. You will impact on nation-wide resilience of countreis, own the lifecycle from problem framing to validated prototype, ensuring continuity through to productionization.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product discovery for cyber use cases of governmental agencies, from market analysis and customer needs to threat landscape research.
Define and own the problem statements and success criteria for AI agents and applications in the Detection, Risk, Response, and CTI pillars.
Partner with Cyber & AI research groups to drive innovation, design and validate prototypes that prove feasibility and demonstrate customer value, and transition validated concepts into scalable reasoning and model capabilities.
Work with R&D application teams to ensure customer-grade delivery of features, maintaining fidelity to the original product vision.
Act as the voice of the customer and the threat landscape, ensuring Dream solves relevant, high-impact problems.
Prioritize initiatives based on threat relevance, business value, and strategic alignment.
Communicate product direction and progress clearly across internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute thought leadership by transforming research outcomes into product narratives and customer-facing messaging.
Requirements: 5+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of the full product lifecycle.
Strong background in cybersecurity, including familiarity with attacker TTPs, detection, and risk management.
Proven experience in technical product definition: writing specs, problem statements, and validation frameworks.
Ability to collaborate with cyber researchers, AI scientists, and engineers to turn concepts into prototypes and production features.
Hands-on understanding of enterprise IT environments (e.g., identity, network, cloud, logs, configs).
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage customers, executives, and technical teams.
Analytical and strategic thinker, with proven ability to manage ambiguity and extract clarity.
Assertive, proactive, and comfortable challenging assumptions with data-driven insights.
Experience in both inbound and outbound product responsibilities (roadmapping, customer engagement, positioning).
