Were looking for a Senior Backend Infrastructure Engineer (or Tech Lead, for the right candidate) to join our core infrastructure team. This role is all about building and evolving scalable, high-performance backend systems that serve as the foundation for all our product engineering teams.

Join a team of VLSI frontend design engineers in Chain-Reactions projects.
Define, plan and implement our next chip in Chain-Reactions on-going product line and in a new product line of cryptography algorithms acceleration SoCs.

What Youll Do
Launch growth accelerators: self-serve sign-up flows, try-before-you-buy trials, in-product upsell moments, and a customer Account Center showing usage, entitlements, and invoices.
Ship scalable monetization primitives: real-time metering, automated invoicing, flexible licensing, and payment integrations.
Build onboarding & activation funnels: build getting-started wizards, contextual education, and analytics that shorten time-to-value.
Orchestrate mission-critical, company-wide programs: lead Engineering, GTM, Finance, RevOps, Sales, Customer Success, and the C-suite to launch revenue engines that scale and accelerate growth.

Were looking for a strategic, data-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, creativity, and analytics. In this role, youll own the strategy and execution of paid acquisition across both search and social channels, driving measurable growth for the business.

The Paid Acquisition Team is a part of the Marketing department and works cross-functionally with multiple departments, including design, web, CRO, SEO, content, product marketing, sales, marketing operations, and data.

Responsibilities:
Lead, optimize, and scale Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, YouTube, GDN), Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
Manage campaigns end-to-end, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, account structure, targeting, creatives, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
Partner with in-house design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and continuously test variations for improved performance.
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and identify new growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with product launches, A/B tests, and overall marketing goals.
Create reports on paid acquisition performance, trends, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
