We are seeking a talented Code Generation and Optimization Expert to join our bleeding-edge CodeGen team in Israel. In this high-visibility, hands-on role, you will play a pivotal part in building our companys next-generation runtime compiler.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain the distributed and heterogeneous executable that is generated by our compiler stack.
Using the MLIR framework, transform high level compiler outputs into hardware-specific binary images, memory mappings, execution parameters, resource allocation, region grouping, and cross-domain coordination for distributed systems.
Design and maintain the API layer (libRT.a) connecting compiler-generated code with runtime services, ensuring seamless integration across different execution domains.
Collaborate closely with hardware, architecture, verification and other compiler teams to align software with hardware requirements and behavior.

Your Career we are seeking a senior-level Event Operations Engineer with advanced technical experience supporting live and remote events by using audio/visual solutions in an enterprise environment. The candidate will support highly critical live events using a variety of audio and video technologies, including digital video cameras, video switchers, audio mixers, wireless microphones, speakers, and HDMI connections to video monitors. Candidates will also support remote/hybrid events using Zoom Meeting, Webinar, and Events, which may integrate with the hardware previously mentioned. The candidate must have working knowledge of the A/V integration process to include troubleshooting conference room components such as AV controllers, matrix switchers, DSP mixers, Crestron and QSys touch panel control systems, audio conference and video conference systems. Having proficiency in audio-video production and data collaboration setup is required. Candidates must demonstrate practical oral and written communication skills while working in a fast-paced corporate environment. Finally, the Sr IT Event Support Engineer must have extensive experience supporting C-level executives and other high-level managers and must establish both professional and personal relationships with each. Your Impact Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with C-level executive and other high-level managers and their executive assistants. Work closely with event coordinators, producers, and other team members to ensure seamless event execution and to understand technical requirements so that all equipment meets event specifications. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns as they arise. Demonstrate professionalism and tact when dealing with customers and partners at all times. A/V Setup and Operation: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot A/V equipment, including microphones, speakers, projectors, cameras, and monitors. Provide on-site and remote technical support during events, addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions. Monitor A/V systems throughout events and make real-time adjustments as necessary. Support production Post-Production: Edit and enhance event recordings using Adobe Premiere Pro and similar software to ensure high-quality final products. Incorporate graphics, audio adjustments, and other elements to create polished videos for distribution.
