Role:
Help clients operationalize onsite testing and personalization best practice, creating great client personalization experts to exceed their onsite business goals
Evangelize adoption of the DY solution and achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction
Ensure appropriate resources are dedicated both internally and externally to meet/exceed project and customer expectations
Review overall program status with clients on a regular basis, usually in the form of client calls, web presentations or onsite meetings as required
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their DY personalization program
Consult with clients on product features, functionality and onboarding best practices
Distill our driven value from utilizing personalization program, and digital testing data
Analyze data and propose value-driving recommendations.

Teads is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 Project Manager & Business Analyst to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This is a unique hybrid role for a professional who is passionate about both understanding business needs and managing projects to deliver exceptional solutions.
You will be the critical link between our finance stakeholders and our technical teams, responsible for eliciting requirements, designing functional solutions, and managing the entire project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery. Your work will directly impact business efficiency, user adoption, and the overall success of our ERP strategy.

What will you do?
Requirements Gathering: Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with business stakeholders to elicit, understand, and document business requirements, processes, and pain points.
Process Mapping & Optimization: Analyze and document "as-is" business processes and work with stakeholders to design optimized "to-be" processes within the Dynamics 365 framework.
Solution Design: Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Jira administrator configure and maintain projects, workflows, permissions, automations, dashboards, and reporting to support evolving team needs and delivery processes
Lead and coordinate programs that span multiple teams, departments, and geographical locations, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and delivery across diverse stakeholders
Create and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, Tableau, and AI-based solutions to track program health, resourcing, and performance metrics
Own and drive the full lifecycle of multiple software projects planning, execution, delivery, and retrospective
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; escalate issues proactively
Provide clear and regular communication to stakeholders, including risk assessments and mitigation plans
Lead and support quarterly planning processes, creating clarity and visibility across all levels of the organization
Serve as an Agile coach for cross-functional teams, helping embed best practices and workflows
Identify delivery bottlenecks and proactively work with teams to remove roadblocks
