Youll work closely with product designers, product managers, and developersleading UX research efforts, supporting feature development from ideation to delivery, and identifying opportunities to continuously improve our products user experience. Requirements: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field
Proven experience (23 years) as a UX expert in B2B SaaS
Deep understanding of core UX principles and the ability to apply them in real-world product scenarios
Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and data analytics
A portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking and user-centered design approach
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and design recommendations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A proactive, empathetic, open-to-feedback, and detail-oriented mindset
An AI-forward mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance research and workflows
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
