Key Responsibilities
Plan, deploy, maintain, and optimize the organization's data center infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewall, servers and SAN/NAS units.
Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) that deploys, scales, configures, and updates Data Center equipment, especially, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor network and system performance, detect bottlenecks or connectivity issues, and implement necessary solutions.
Debug issues both in production and in labs. Create, test and validate solutions.
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to guarantee network security, uphold data integrity, and adhere to industry best practices and regulatory standards.
Participate in On-Call.

As a Managed services consultant within our companys Infinity Global Services (IGS) Managed eXtended Detection and Response (MXDR) team, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers digital assets, sensitive data, and core systems from cyber threats.
You will apply your expertise in threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability analysis to strengthen security postures and proactively mitigate risks. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will help shape effective security strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Perform continuous monitoring across key security layers (e.g., intrusion detection, endpoint protection, log management) using advanced XDR and SIEM solutions like Microsoft Sentinel and our company Harmony Endpoint.
Analyze and investigate security events using log data, open-source intelligence, and threat indicators to distinguish real threats from false positives.
Develop and maintain custom rules, alerts, dashboards, and use cases within SIEM platforms, ensuring alignment with client-specific compliance and security needs.
Support cloud security operations, particularly within Azure environments, and respond to incidents through structured ticketing and case management processes.

We are looking for a Commission Analyst to join the Finance team, reporting to our AVP Finance Operations:
As a Commission Analyst you will:
Serve as support for the execution of, development of, and analysis of our commission plans. Reporting to our AVP Finance Operations, your first mission will be to develop an understanding of our commission plans and supporting systems. Communication and cross departmental cohesion are vital in this position, and your work will be at a critical intersection of a variety of teams. Detail oriented individuals with an innate curiosity for data analysis and business processes are sought out candidates for this role.
In your day-to-day as Commission Analyst you will:
Support and manage the commissioning process, start to finish, to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and payments.
Maintain accurate sales personnel records in the Companys commission software.
Designing and Implementing commission policy plan changes and commission parameters for new products/roles.
Capturing best practices and lessons learned following each commission cycle to feed continuous improvements in process, tools, communication, and training.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions forecasting and financial closes
Proactively troubleshoot and identify issues and correct as needed.
Providing customer service support and developing key relationships with our Sales GTM organization.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that inputs and assumptions included in the commission's calculations are accurate and reasonable.
Executing ad hoc analysis and projects as needed to inform and influence management decision making.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Operations Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will support procurement processes, manage supplier relationships, and ensure efficient purchasing practices. You will play a key role in optimizing procurement operations, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of sourcing and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Procurement Process:
Manage and process procurement requests from initiation to purchase order generation within Zip.
Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and approval workflows.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance,AP, Legal, IT, and other departments to validate procurement needs and approvals.
Track and manage procurement timelines, ensuring timely processing of vendor agreements, POs, and deliveries
Procurement System Support:
Act as the primary administrator and user support for the Zip procurement system.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, ensuring timely assistance for procurement system users.
Maintain data accuracy in Zip (vendor records, approvals, purchase orders, etc.).
Provide training and guidance to employees on using Zip effectively.
Vendor Management:
Facilitate vendor onboarding in Zip and maintain up-to-date vendor records.
Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
Support contract management by tracking renewals, expirations, and ensuring all documents are accurately captured in the system.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
Continuously identify opportunities to optimize procurement workflows and increase system adoption.
Monitor procurement activities for policy adherence and escalate compliance issues as necessary.
Develop and maintain procurement process documentation, guides, and SOPs related to Zip and procurement best practices.
