 We're on the hunt for a full-time Legal Counsel to join our dynamic Legal team based in Tel Aviv. What you will be doing 
* Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams on a wide range of legal matters, with a primary focus on AI, commercial law, special projects, and IP-related issues. 
* Develop and implement workflows between the Product and Legal teams related to AI initiatives. 
* Lead and support strategic initiatives, including AI projects, process automation, and other innovations, and deliver AI-related legal training across the organization. 
* Draft, review, and negotiate complex B2B agreements, SaaS contracts, licensing agreements, procurement contracts, NDAs, and terms & conditions. 
* Provide guidance on intellectual property matters in the context of media, licensing, and technology. 
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify legal risks, propose creative solutions, and drive business growth.
Requirements:  * A licensed attorney with 5+ years of post-internship experience, including at least 3 years in-house at a high-tech company. 
* Proven B2B commercial law experience, combined with exposure to intellectual property matters. 
* Background that includes diverse legal work — ideally from both smaller companies and larger organizations. 
* Strong commercial negotiation and contract drafting skills. 
* A highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. 
* Work as part of a highly collaborative team. 
* Experience with AI technology, SaaS, or media licensing agreements is a strong plus. 
* Comfortable working with legal and business technology tools. 
* Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
