The Job
We are on an expedition to find you, someone who is passionate about creating intuitive, out-of-this-world production-grade AI systems and ML pipelines to join our AI group. You'll be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade AI systems and ML pipelines. Youll work closely with data scientists to translate research into scalable solutions and manage model deployment in both cloud and on-prem GPU environments.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML models, AI agents, and end-to-end pipelines across cloud and on-prem GPU environments.
Maintain and optimize ML systems for performance, scalability and reliability, including model validation, inference speed, and resource efficiency.
Develop monitoring and observability tools such as alerts and performance metrics to ensure system stability in production.
Create and integrate APIs for ML services within microservice-based architectures.
Drive adoption of best practices for CI/CD, observability, and reproducibility in ML systems.

We are looking for experienced, creative and impact-oriented Algorithm Developers to join our team!
As an Algorithm Developer you will be responsible for building state of the art algorithms powering LLMs and agentic frameworks. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that also includes engineers and product professionals, all working together to bring our products to life.
You will take part in the full life cycle of our development process, deeply understand the problem we are solving, come up with algorithmic approaches for solving these problems, devise strategies for collecting necessary training data, train and evaluate large language models and other machine learning models and also be in charge of deploying these solutions in production.

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Field Architect to join our CTO team, working onsite in our Tel Aviv and Haifa offices in Israel. This is a critical role, facilitating communication and product adoption by the Office of the CTO and other field teams by working closely with our R&D teams to bring product development advances to the field.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both GTM and R&D processes, and be able to dive into the technical details of new products as they are developed. This person will communicate regularly with colleagues in the Office of the CTO, as well as sales engineering leaders and product management, to ensure rollout of releases and features are well-understood by ourfield teams and their customers. This person will work with the field and customers to ensure features are developed with customer requirements in mind, and work with engineering and architects to understand the detailed implementation of features.

Develop and lead technical presentations for field teams
