במסגרת התפקיד סמנכ"ל/ית הובלת תחום הפיתוח והחדשנות בחברה, משלב האסטרטגיה ועד יישום, תוך יצירת ערך עסקי, חיזוק המותג, פיתוח מוצרים תחרותיים וניהול מצוינות תפעולית לאורך כל מחזור חיי המוצר.
תחומי אחריות:
גיבוש, הובלה ויישום אסטרטגיית מחקר ופיתוח רבשנתית בהתאם ליעדי החברה, אסטרטגיית הצמיחה והמותג.
הובלת חדשנות ארגונית, פיתוח מתודולוגיות הערכה וניסויים, זיהוי מגמות טכנולוגיות, חומרים מתקדמים ופתרונות חדשניים, והטמעתם בקווי המוצרים הקיימים והעתידיים.
הובלת חדשנות טכנולוגית כולל קניין רוחני, שיתופי פעולה, ופיתוח תחומי תוכן חדשים המשתלבים עם תחומי הפעילות של החברה.
ניהול משולב של צוות המחקר והפיתוח בשתי זרועות: הגשה למכרזים ובפיתוח "יוזם" מול מגמות ורעיונות חדשים.
אחריות מלאה על מחזור חיי המוצר - משלב הרעיון והקונספט, דרך מחקר, פיתוח, אבטיפוס, בדיקות וולידציה, ועד העברה לייצור והשקה מסחרית.
ניהול והובלת צוות פיתוח רבתחומי הכולל מומחי תוכן מעולמות חומרים ובליסטיקה, מעצבים, מהנדסים, מנהלי פרויקטים, סטודיו וצוות מדעי, תוך טיפוח מצוינות מקצועית, יעילות וביצועים.
בניית תוכניות עבודה, תקציב פיתוח ומדדים שנתיים ורבשנתיים, וניהולם בפועל תוך עמידה ביעדי לוז, תקציב, איכות וניהול סיכונים.
ניהול תחום התיעוד, התחקור אבטחת המידע ושימור הידע.
ניהול ספקים וקבלני פיתוח, עיצוב, הנדסה וייצור בארץ ובחול, כולל בחינה מתמדת של חלופות טכנולוגיות ושרשרת אספקה.
הובלת תהליכי העברה מפיתוח לייצור (NPI) תוך שמירה על איכות, עמידה בתקנים ויעילות תפעולית.
ניהול יחידת ניסויים וצוות מדעי לצורך ניסויי משתמשים (User Trials / Field Tests) כולל הגדרת מתודולוגיה, תכנון וביצוע ניסויים, ניתוח ממצאים והטמעת תובנות בתהליך הפיתוח.
הובלת תהליכי אופטימיזציה והורדת עלויות לאורך מחזור חיי המוצר, לרבות בחינת חומרים, תהליכי ייצור, Make or Buy, ושיפור רווחיות המוצרים.

דרישות:
לפחות 10 שנות ניסיון בהובלת צוותים ופרויקטים מורכבים - חובה.
תואר אקדמי רלוונטי - חובה ( הנדסה / עיצוב תעשייתי).
תואר שני בניהול עיצוב / ניהול טכנולוגי - יתרון.
ניסיון מוכח בפיתוח מוצרים וחדשנות בסביבה תעשייתית / טכנולוגית.
כישורים בין-אישיים, יכולות גבוהות בבניית אסטרטגיה, תוכניות עבודה ותקציבים.
נסיעות עבודה לחו"ל על פי הצורך.
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד. המשרה מיועדת לנשים ולגברים כאחד.
