Field Service Engineer is responsible for supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities such as site surveys, installations, maintenance, servicing and repairing of MRI equipment that is sold by us for Medical and Pre-Clinical markets. Field service engineer provides both remote and on-site customer support and drives customer satisfaction through service excellence delivery. The Service Engineer will be required to use his knowledge and experience to identify and troubleshoot complex problems on-site.
Requirements: Practical Engineering or Engineering Degree in Mechanics and/or Electronics
Experience as a Field engineer with MRI/CT technologies in a multi-disciplinary medical company - Advantage
Excellent mechanical, electromechanical skills and proven experience in electronics and computers.
Experience and knowledge in RF technology- Advantage
Proven problem-solving ability
Ability to travel and provide global service activities as required by Service needs (up to 50% travels abroad)
Exceptional customer interaction support skills.
English- High proficiency level (verbal, written)
Experience with writing formal technical reports, troubleshooting guides and instructions
Availability to receive customer support calls at all times including off-business hours
Clear communication with staff to ensure alignment on work routines and activities status
