What Youll Do:
Write clean, efficient, and testable code for highly scalable cloud applications.
Ensure high code quality through unit, integration, and system testing, as well as robust monitoring and observability.
Take ownership of technical domains, driving design, architecture, and feature development from concept to production.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and fullstack teams to deliver impactful and business-critical solutions.
Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize development workflows, improve productivity, and accelerate delivery timelines.
Stay current with industry trends, cloud technologies, and best practices in modern software engineering.
Mentor and guide fellow developers, fostering a culture of craftsmanship, quality, and continuous learning.
Contribute to strategic technical decisions, proactively identify challenges, and ensure high reliability and scalability of systems.
Requirements: 5+ years of backend development experience, ideally with C# (Java or other OOP languages also considered).
Proven experience designing and building large-scale, high-traffic systems.
Strong understanding of web applications, microservices architecture, OOP principles, and software design patterns.
Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis, message brokers, and data/stream processing platforms (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tools (Git, Docker, Kubernetes) on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Track record of owning features end-to-end from requirements through to high-quality production delivery.
Demonstrated mentoring experience with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented problem solver with a passion for high standards
Bonus Points if you have:
Experience in frontend development.
Knowledge of machine learning technologies and hands-on work with Databricks or modern data platforms.
