An online software as a service company in Ashkelon is looking for a Technical Support Representative for the online gaming world. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and grow professionally.
In this role, you will:
Provide 1st class technical support to our customers. We are serving multiple websites with thousands of visitors and millions of real-time engagements.
What will you do:
Ensure 24x7 high-quality service to our customers.
Handle day-to-day production issues and troubleshooting incidents.
Manage and maintain our server monitoring system.
Maintain an updated wiki and technical documentation.
Requirements: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Linux and mobile environments.
Good verbal and writing skills (English and Hebrew).
Service-oriented and a team player.
Highly responsible independent, diligent, proactive, and neat.
Willing to work 24 * 7 shifts. (Includes Shabbat and festive days)
Scripting/Programming/SQL knowledge an advantage.
Knowledge and skills will be acquired through an organized orientation and training process.
