Fast-growing AI startup building a next-generation optimization automation platform is looking for a strong FullStack team lead to join a core engineering team and take part in shaping both product and technology from an early stage.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building scalable products, leading talented engineers, and working closely with product and business stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
Youll lead development of modern Angular applications alongside robust backend services, own end-to-end features, influence architecture decisions, and help build engineering culture as the company scales.
What youll do
Lead development of complex FullStack systems and Real-Time dashboards
Design and build scalable backend services and APIs
Own features end-to-end - from architecture to production
Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices
Requirements: Strong hands-on FullStack experience
Excellent backend development skills with Node.js - must
Experience building scalable distributed systems and APIs
Strong experience with modern Angular
Experience with MongoDB/PostgreSQL
Experience with Docker Kubernetes
Leadership, mentoring, or tech lead experience

Kafka / streaming systems
Cloud environments
