Responsibilities
Serve as the system engineering authority for complex naval projects within the business division
Lead the projects technical coordination and oversight across all development teams and stakeholders along the projects full engineering lifecycle
Ensure engineering solutions meet project requirements in terms of performance, quality, schedule, and customer needs
Act as the technical interface to the customer
Act as the primary engineering interface to R&D division
Requirements: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering
10+ years of experience in a similar position
Proven experience in development and integration of multi-disciplinary systems
Proven leadership and costumer interface experience (e.g., team leader, project lead)
Strong naval background - significant advantage
Willingness to travel abroad as needed
Deep engineering knowledge and the ability to manage across various technical disciplines
Strong decision-making skills, including prioritization, trade-off analysis, and engineering activity management
