Were hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product activation and adoption, with a strong focus on in-product enablement- designing guidance, onboarding, and embedded learning experiences that help customers realize value faster.
As platform continues to expand in depth and capability, ensuring customers can easily discover, adopt, and continuously engage with our features is critical to retention and long-term growth.
What Youll Be Doing:
Own the end-to-end activation journey: onboarding, time-to-first-value, and recurring usage patterns.
Design and ship scalable in-product guidance and enablement experiences that help users understand what to do next- and why.
Define what knowledge belongs in-product vs Academy vs Docs, and ensure consistency across surfaces.
Build measurable systems for improving adoption: instrumentation, funnel analysis, experimentation, and iteration.
Partner with GTM (Sales, CS, Support) to reduce friction, align rollout expectations, and improve customer success outcomes.
Requirements: 4+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
Experience owning onboarding, adoption, growth, or PLG initiatives.
Strong experimentation mindset; comfortable working with funnels, segmentation, and usage data.
Excellent cross-functional leadership skills and ability to drive execution without direct authority.
High ownership and bias for action.
