Required Solution Architect
About the Role
The Solutions Architect is a senior software engineer that will build the architecture of solutions for our customers. The Solutions Architect will be working hand-in-hand with Sales Engineers and enterprise customers to design smart, scalable automation architectures. This role is about connecting deep technical understanding with business insights, crafting solutions that deliver value to the customer while keeping development efficiency and long-term maintainability.
Your responsibilities
Join enterprise sales conversations to understand customer requirements in depth technically and strategically.
Design our based architectures that align with customer needs, optimize delivery effort, and minimize future maintenance risks.
Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, AEs, and internal stakeholders to drive agreement around the best solution design.
Lead architecture deep dives, solution validation sessions, and POCs when necessary.
Serve as a technical advisor during SOW creation, including effort estimation and design clarity.

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Field Architect to join our CTO team, working onsite in our Tel Aviv and Haifa offices in Israel. This is a critical role, facilitating communication and product adoption by the Office of the CTO and other field teams by working closely with our R&D teams to bring product development advances to the field.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both GTM and R&D processes, and be able to dive into the technical details of new products as they are developed. This person will communicate regularly with colleagues in the Office of the CTO, as well as sales engineering leaders and product management, to ensure rollout of releases and features are well-understood by ourfield teams and their customers.
