At Justt, you’ll partner with product, engineering, data, success and go-to-market teams to build technology that sits at the core of modern payments, and has a direct, measurable impact on the bottom line for some of the biggest companies in the world. We are looking for a self-motivated Product Data Analyst with a strong sense of ownership and a strong business orientation. As a key team member, you will analyze multiple data sources to deliver data-driven insights, optimize processes, and shape our product. You will work closely with Customer Success and Solution Engineers, as well as Product Managers, Engineers, and other cross-functional teams, to provide the analysis and reporting necessary to optimize product performance, specifically in the chargeback domain. In this role, you will balance pure data analytical tasks with content-oriented projects that require a deep understanding of the chargeback management business domain. Responsibilities:
* Provide analytical support to various functions as part of the Business Squad, which manages a book of customers.
* Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support product decisions and feature improvements.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that highlight key metrics and performance.
* Provide actionable insights from data analysis to inform product strategy, drive product improvements, and enhance the user experience.
* Utilize strong technical skills to analyze large and complex datasets.
* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Requirements: * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitative field. A master's degree is an advantage.
* 4+ years of experience as a data/product/business analyst.
* Advanced proficiency in SQL.
* Proficiency with BI/Analytics tools (e.g, Tableau).
* Experience with Python for data analysis and reporting.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes.
* Understanding of chargebacks, payment systems, or related domains in fintech, e-commerce, or payments industries - Advantage
* Experience with chargeback data management tools or fraud prevention systems- Advantage
