As a Product Design Lead at our company, youll drive the end-to-end design strategy and execution, ensuring solutions are user-centered, accessible, and aligned with business objectives. Leading a team of designers, youll partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex financial concepts into clear, intuitive experiencesblending strategic vision with hands-on design, research, and data-informed decisions
A day in the life and how youll make an impact:
Lead End-to-End Design Execution: Guide the full design processfrom discovery and user flows to high-fidelity UI and interaction designto deliver exceptional, user-centered experiences.
Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Content Designers to align on vision, explore feasibility, and ensure seamless implementation.
Mentor and Develop Designers: Strengthen team outcomes by advocating for high design standards, exchanging feedback, and encouraging skill development across the team.
Design with Purpose and Insight: Leverage both qualitative research and quantitative data to inform decisions, validate solutions, and iterate based on user feedback.
Champion Design Thinking: Advocate for the user, and craft compelling narratives that clearly communicate design intent and strategy to a broad range of stakeholders.
Help build and evolve our design system for consistency across touchpoints.
Requirements: 7+ years of experience in product design.
Experience collaborating on and guiding design direction for sophisticated B2B products in technical or financial contexts.
Youre comfortable navigating ambiguity and finding the right balance between quality, speed, and experimentation
Excel at balancing detail-oriented design with big-picture strategy
Are passionate about building a deep understanding of the needs of a broad range of users, from individual developers and small businesses to large platforms and marketplaces with complex payment workflows
Are relentless in delivering customer-focused experiences, combining user insights with business goals to drive meaningful outcomes
Thrive in cross-functional collaboration, aligning design efforts with Product, Engineering, and Leadership stakeholders
Have exceptional communication skills, using storytelling to clarify complex problems and inspire teams
A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence in UX/UI design and showcases work.
An understanding of the product life cycle, from research through prototyping to design & usability testing
Bonus points:
Experience designing for B2B enterprise financial tools, including operations, risk, and compliance workflows
Expertise in data visualization and hierarchy within workflows. Expertise in creating coherent and readable information
Having a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication isnt a must, but itll definitely count in your favor.
