Establish, lead, and scale the company's engineering organization.
Define and implement the technology strategy, system architecture, and product development roadmap.
Oversee the development of complex cybersecurity products, from early-stage development through production.
Lead the integration of advanced AI capabilities into the company's cybersecurity platform.
Build and implement engineering processes, development methodologies, and best practices.
Partner closely with the founders and senior leadership to translate business objectives into scalable technological solutions.
Combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical contribution throughout the development process.
Requirements: 5+ years of leadership experience as a VP R D, VP Engineering, or R D Director.
Strong hands-on expertise in both cybersecurity and AI.
Proven experience taking complex cybersecurity products from initial development to production.
Experience building, managing, and scaling multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, cloud technologies, and scalable SaaS platforms.
Previous experience in an early-stage startup environment.
Ability to combine strategic thinking and leadership with deep technical expertise and hands-on involvement.
BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
