we are looking for a B2B Content Writer.
What Youll Do:
Lead Multi-Channel B2B Content Creation: Create B2B content across channels including SEO blog posts, thought leadership, website copy, case studies, email/newsletter campaigns, social copy, lead magnets (e.g., guides, reports, checklists), and digital ad campaign copy partnering with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and SMEs.
Maintain Content Operations: Own and maintain the strategic content calendar end-to-end setting priorities, managing deadlines, and ensuring consistent delivery through a scalable, AI-enabled workflow.
Social Media & Community Building Strategy: Own organic social strategy (primarily LinkedIn). Create social-first content including short posts, threads, carousels, and snippets. Support leadership and executive thought leadership as needed. Manage and grow our industry communities and Slack channels.
SEO/GEO Optimization: Work with the digital marketing team to optimize content for search and generative engines using AI-powered research and SEO best practices. Update existing assets to improve rankings, engagement, conversions and support content distribution strategies that extend reach and accelerate pipeline.
Measure & Improve Performance: Track performance across high volumes of content using analytics and AI insights, report on KPIs (traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions, and lead generation), translate insights into clear next steps, and run experiments to improve results.
Requirements: Native English speaker
AI fluency: Deep comfort using tools like ChatGPT to produce and optimize content at scale
Analytics mindset: You naturally work from data, ask strong questions, and use insights to guide decisions
Highly autonomous, exceptionally organized, and execution-focused
