We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join a growing technology team and work closely with the CTO.
This role offers end-to-end responsibility for developing features and systems in a live Production environment, from understanding the business need and designing the solution to development, testing, and deployment.
What Youll Do
Develop Full Stack features and product capabilities.
Work across both Frontend and Backend systems.
Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services.
Work with MongoDB and production-scale data.
Integrate with third-party services and external systems.
Troubleshoot Production issues and perform advanced debugging.
Improve system performance, stability, security, and maintainability.
Work with Analytics, Tracking, and Conversion systems.
Develop internal tools and automation processes.
Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into the product.
Work with Cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes.
Participate in technological and architectural decision-making.
Own features from initial requirement through Production deployment.
Work Model: Office-based with one work-from-home day per week
Requirements: 3-5 years of software development experience.
Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.
Experience with a modern Frontend framework.
Experience with Node.js or a similar Backend technology.
Experience developing REST APIs.
Experience with MongoDB, SQL, or NoSQL databases.
Experience working with Git.
Experience working on Production systems.
Ability to independently lead tasks and features end-to-end.
Strong debugging and complex problem-solving skills.
