We are looking for a Product Analytics Team Lead, a strategic leader who lives at the intersection of data integrity and people development, dedicated to transforming raw metrics into a sophisticated analytical engine.
In this role, you will act as the guardian of our analytical standards while remaining deeply immersed in the data, ensuring our insights are as precise as they are influential.
Youll Own:
The Quality Bar: Defining, implementing, and continuously improving standards, methodologies, and best practices for product analytics.
Team Growth & Mentorship: Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of product analysts through hands-on coaching and career development.
Analytics Procedures: Creating and maintaining procedures that ensure data consistency, accuracy, and business relevance.
Hands-on Execution: Personally leading complex analyses, exploratory investigations, and high-impact deep dives.
Youll Solve:
Data Consistency & Accuracy: Fixing gaps in analytics procedures to ensure every insight is reliable and actionable.
Data Modeling Challenges: Working with engineers and product managers to ensure the right data is generated, collected, and modeled correctly.
Analytical Complexity: Tackling high-impact deep dives and investigations that require a hands-on, expert approach.
Requirements: 6+ years of experience working in data or product analytics, preferably at a growing tech company.
Out of which, 2+ years of experience in a managerial or team lead role, managing analysts or similar roles.
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel; comfort with additional analytics tools.
Experience with product analytics methodologies.
Strong coaching and feedback skills, with a track record of developing people.
A mindset focused on scaling impact, not just individual contribution.
Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to surface insights that drove measurable business impact.
Experience building dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
Ability to balance hands-on analysis with leadership and process ownership.
Creativity, strategic thinking, and comfort operating in a fast-changing environment.
